The Referendum on Regulating the Traffic in Intoxicating Liquor, also known as Act 90, was on the 1903 ballot in Vermont as a legislatively referred state statute. It was approved. This referendum changed the ban on intoxicating liquors from a statewide choice to a local one. This allowed each town to choose if they wanted to be a dry or wet municipality.[1]
