Vermont Convention 1870 (1869)

The Vermont Convention 1870, also known as Constitutional Convention, was on the 1869 ballot in Vermont as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. The proposal accepted three of the seven articles of state constitutional amendment proposed by the Thirteenth Council of Censors.[1]
