Vermont Relating to Licensing Innkeepers and Retailers Act 24 (1847)
The Vermont Relating to Licensing Innkeepers and Retailers Act 24, also known as Act 24, was on the 1847 ballot in Vermont as a legislatively referred state statute. It was defeated. The act would have allowed county assistant judges to issue licenses to innkeepers and retailers to sell alcoholic beverages in the state of Vermont.[1]
