Elections for the office of Vermont State Senate were held in Vermont on November 2, 2010. The signature filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was July 19, 2010, and the primary election day was on August 24, 2010.
Vermont state senators serve two-year terms and are not subject to term limits.
In the 2010 elections, Democrats retained a majority in the chamber and Republicans gained one seat.
