Vermont Statewide Referendum: State Lottery (1976)
The Vermont Statewide Referendum: State Lottery, also known as Act 252 of 1976, was on the 1976 ballot in Vermont as a legislatively referred state statute. It was approved. The referendum created a state-run lottery, the revenue from which was used to supplement the state budget.[1]
