Biography

Vernon Moore was born in Warsaw, North Carolina. Moore served in the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam War. He earned associate degrees in industrial security and human resources from the Community College of the Air Force and a bachelor's degree in business administration from Fayetteville State University. Moore's career experience includes working as a financial consultant with Merrill Lynch.[1]
