|Veronica received the Good Apple Award from Wichita Public Schools in the Fall of 2023 for her exemplary service to the school district and its students. Veronica was also recognized by the Realtors of South Central Kansas with the Young Professionals Network award, which is presented to a REALTOR who exemplifies leadership and contributes to the betterment of the community with their time, actions, and talents.
As Veronica became more engaged in the community, she saw that issues critical to success in Wichita are often ignored by the powers in Topeka. The cost of living is higher than ever. From skyrocketing inflation to the lack of affordable housing, basic needs are neglected while divisive, hot-button issues are amplified.- With careers in education and real estate, and her involvement in the community, Veronica has aimed to bridge gap and foster unity in the community. She has worked alongside constituents to address local issues and spark meaningful change.
