|Having children that are still attending Dibble Schools, I have been witness to the wonderful staff, students and families that reside here. I also have a lot of admiration for the current board! Some of the difficult decisions they have made over the last few years have kept our schools going strong! I would be honored to serve in this capacity and help conserve the values that make me so proud to be a part of this community.
I am excited for the opportunity to be an advocate for our children, taxpayers and our teachers!- I want to share my time and talents!

Developing a relationship with each child.
I was recently turned eighteen years of age and recently graduated from Graduate School, it drastically changed my life causing me to move to Oklahoma away from my parents and mature quickly to start my own journey.
Get to know everyone on a personal level.
Connect with families and community.
Encourage teachers to use different type of instruction and teaching strategies.
Add more diversity to the schools.
Offering different teaching methods and differentiated instruction, lecture-based instruction, technology-based learning, group learning, individual learning, inquiry-based learning, kinesthetic learning, game-based learning and expeditionary learning.
Continuously improving their teaching methods by testing different ones using the same lesson, meeting with other teachers to get their perspectives and remaining flexible.
The measurement would be the progress the classroom has when presented with testing information.
Encourage the police department, fire department, hospitals and social services to inform and educate teachers to be aware.
They always get a flush
A place they feel safe non discriminated and feel like they are important human being.
A place where each child is evaluated and listened to.
