I have been a Realtor since going on six years in Oklahoma, and have been in the banking industry for about eight years, with a background within accounting/finance. Through out my career I have obtained various different license's including Public Notary, Whole Life Insurance, General Life Insurance, Real Estate Agent, and currently working on my Certified Treasury Professional. My husband, Manuel, and I are parents to four children. Three who currently in the district.

Having children that are still attending Dibble Schools, I have been witness to the wonderful staff, students and families that reside here. I also have a lot of admiration for the current board! Some of the difficult decisions they have made over the last few years have kept our schools going strong! I would be honored to serve in this capacity and help conserve the values that make me so proud to be a part of this community.

I am excited for the opportunity to be an advocate for our children, taxpayers and our teachers!
  • I want to share my time and talents!
  • I believe in quality education for current and future students!
  • I can represent different groups in the community .
Problem solving, legal policies, public service, development in educational structure.
My mother a very hard working individual, honest, trustworthy and self motivator.
The passion they have towards the districts growing ability when it comes to the overall GPA.
Developing a relationship with each child.
Bilingual Fluently in Spanish, Financial Business Management Background, Knowledge in Treasury, Passionate for public service, Great Communication Skills, Organization and project management, Creativity, Emotional Intelligence, Leadership, Time Management, Dedication, Strong work Ethic, Passionate for Education, Honest, Empathetic, Positive, Giving and Trusting
Help with the current issues, help with engaging more children to learn and keep engaged.
The legacy I would love to leave behind is a honest, self-motivating and self-made, hard working, dedicated and most importantly passionate about everything put in my way. Being able to change a damaged system by adding love and positivism back into peoples life's.
The first historical event that I encountered was the World Financial Collapse(2007-2009).
I was recently turned eighteen years of age and recently graduated from Graduate School, it drastically changed my life causing me to move to Oklahoma away from my parents and mature quickly to start my own journey.
The difference maker by John C Maxwell
One of my struggles in life has been unfair treatment due to the color of my skin, or the sex I may be.
Alleviate the issue that arise, manage the monies in the best way manor, help make decisions to better the school.
I pledge to help kids with disabilities to learning, work closely with those children who have disciplinary issues to discover the true problem or disorder.
Evaluate the way things are being taught.

Get to know everyone on a personal level.
Connect with families and community.
Encourage teachers to use different type of instruction and teaching strategies.
Add more diversity to the schools.

Engage and spend sometime in each school and evaluate the atmosphere.
Having different teaching methods to help the teaching process and help student's feel engaged and interested in the material.

Offering different teaching methods and differentiated instruction, lecture-based instruction, technology-based learning, group learning, individual learning, inquiry-based learning, kinesthetic learning, game-based learning and expeditionary learning.
Continuously improving their teaching methods by testing different ones using the same lesson, meeting with other teachers to get their perspectives and remaining flexible.
The measurement would be the progress the classroom has when presented with testing information.

The encouragement I would give to support teachers would be by continuous education in regards to different learning environments and help identify the needs and challenges each student may have.
My thoughts and hopes in expanding curriculum would be reaching out to a variety of different fields of business to mentor and have a hands on, to spark interest and generate a better idea in different professions.
Reaching out to different business for donations. Evaluating the priorities and what would be more beneficial to the district.
Awareness for children to speak up if felt in danger of feel if something is not right.
Encourage the police department, fire department, hospitals and social services to inform and educate teachers to be aware.
Adding counselors to be able to speak with staff and students.
Why are toilets always so good at poker?

They always get a flush
Adding a outside security company to come and manage the drugs, searches, and add new technologies to identify weapons, drugs, vapes within school.
A place where children could be praised for the well behavior instead of being disciplined for bad behavior.

A place they feel safe non discriminated and feel like they are important human being.
A place where each child is evaluated and listened to.

A place where a child can talk to someone if they feel uncomfortable.
I feel they handled the Coronavirus pandemic very well. I would of done different, would be equipping every student with a device to be able to do virtual classes and offer teachers to be on demand if something isn't understood by a child. Offering virtual tutoring.
I would like to integrate webinars or in person meeting to help educate as well as inform parents on how to understand different behaviors their children might be going through. Give suggestions on how to become more effective in disciplining different types of children. Educating Parents how to better understand their children.
Gain permission from staff.

Research and Interview prospects.

Make an informed decision with all the board members.
