Vice President of the Connecticut Probate Assembly elected

Connecticut: Judge Sydney Elkin of the West Hartford Probate Court has been elected as second vice president-judge of the Connecticut Probate Assembly. He has previously served as secretary to the Assembly and was first elected to the probate court in 2002. He has practiced law in the Hartford area since 1972 and was a prosecutor in the West Hartford Superior Court.[1]
