Vicki Ballou-Watts is a judge on the Third Circuit Court for Baltimore County in Maryland.[1] She has served as a judge on the court since May 29, 2002.[2][3]

Education

Ballou-Watts received her undergraduate degree in journalism from Howard University in 1980 and her J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law in 1983.[2]
