Vicki Cook
Vicki Cook was a judge for the Eighteenth Circuit East (Division 2) in Arkansas. She was appointed to Division 3 of the court by former Governor Jim Guy Tucker in 1993 and was elected to Division 2, the juvenile division, in 1995. Cook retired from the bench at the end of her final term in December 2014.[1][2][3][4][5]
Education
Cook received her undergraduate degree from Oklahoma State University and her J.D. degree from the William H. Bowen School of Law at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 1982.[2][6]
Career
Before her appointment to the Eighteenth Circuit East, Cook worked as an attorney at her own private law practice. She specialized in ad litem work, family law cases, and served as a public defender for juveniles.[5]
