Vicki Menard

Vicki Menard is the judge of the 414th District Court in Texas.[1] She was appointed by Governor Rick Perry in September 2005 and was re-elected in 2014.[2][3] Her term expired on December 31, 2018.[4]
Education
Menard received an undergraduate degree from Baylor University in 1990, going on to earn her J.D. there as well.[2]
Career
Prior to her judicial appointment in 2005, Menard was a managing partner of the law firm of Flowers, Davis, Menard and Witt.[2]
