Victor E. Chavez
Victor E. Chavez was the presiding judge for the superior court in Los Angeles County, California. He served from 1990 until his passing on October 30, 2020.[1]
Education
Chavez received his undergraduate education from Loyola University in 1953 and his J.D. from Loyola Law School in 1959.[1]
