Binghamton Native educated in the Binghamton City School District 1-12 and North Country Community College for Criminology. I am a Vietnam Era Veteran where at the age of 17, I was a squad leader training with special forces in South Korea. I am a retired IBM Technical writer, I have been a community activist since 2002. Often called to town board meetings to fight bad and support good laws all across upstate NY, even to Lynbrook Long Island in 2019. I worked as the field director for the Joint Landowners of NY where I helped organize rallies in Albany and in Broome County with attendances between 2,000 and 3,500. I am Pro Life, Pro Constitution, Pro Natural Gas and against mandated vaccinations. i build teams.
  • Transparency And Honesty - I want to bring it back to Albany
  • Not for Me For You - I have been moved to run in this race to Make NY accessible to work and live in
  • We Can Transform Albany - If elected my hope is to use the pulpit of my office to whistle blow on the crimes of the current legislation that is off the constitutional rails
Term limits for all offices, Bail reform is putting residents in danger with catch and release. Green light laws awarding illegal immigrants for their crime of border jumping, it undermines our citizens who came legally and opens the door to voter fraud. Sanctuary status, Albany democrats use over 6 billion of our tax dollars annually supporting between 725-750 thousand illegal's given sanctuary status in NY. NOT ALL but even 1 is too many kill, rape, rob, and molest, and provide drugs to our children resulting in NY families greatly suffering from these actions. When we lit up our NYC Skyline in pink to celebrate the democratically controlled legislature's late term abortion, this was a low point in morality for the entire state although many of us did rejoice and were sickened. Governor Cuomo's ban on natural gas drilling was purely political based entirely on emotion and self positioning himself in the democratic party as a green candidate for a possible presidential run. When it comes to natural Gas Drilling in NY no decision by Cuomo or the DEC. was based on science. NY had been fracking since 1942 in Fredonia NY and across the shale and sand plays in NY.
First, my lord and savior for the suffering he endured in washing away my sins. Audie Murphy was a big influence on my life, when I joined the Army I had hoped that I would emulate his courage and heroism should I be called upon. Ronald Regan a president who tore down a wall to end communist oppression, who had a sense of humor and could instill it in politics. who could forget when after Hinkley shot him and President Reagan was back on the political stage a campaign balloon popped, sounded like a gunshot and without hesitation the president looked up from his podium and said one word "Missed"
I care about the direction our state is headed, I know that full government transparency should be more then a thought. I believe Honesty will bring integrity to the job
to represent the people through complete examination of any legislation brought to the floor making sure it falls within lines of the NYS Constitution.
That the changes I wanted to see started with me and flowed freely throughout the legislature bringing back respect to all of us
so many, The Kennedy assassination's, The Cuba missile crisis, etc. but a happier memory was the Apollo Moon landing
Farming until I went into the military I worked on the Raccine Farm in Brookdale PA.
Norman Mailers: Executioner Song

Fly like An Eagle by Steve Miller Band
acceptance of what others believe to be the norm such as apathy and distain for one another.
The Senate is the upper house of the legislature and are the peoples facilitators and communicators. There are 63 Senate members of the house representing more then 18.5 million NY residents. The legislatures primary purpose is to draft new laws and approve changes to old ones. For me the most important difference is the exposure to the public our senate has and their presentation to the 150 members of the Assembly.
NO! one only has to look at the corruption in the NY-Government, Not since 1987 has an audit been done on the judiciary. The people of NY who pay attention to the dysfunction of Albany, the corruption of 3 men in a room, and our governor himself, are seeking honest and new leadership as the so called experts (incumbents) whom many are serving in their 5th term or longer have failed us miserably. Just in 2020 everyone in a bipartisanship fashion, knowingly and illegally took pay raises costing the NY taxpayers hundreds of millions of dollars annually. many are lawyers who know better. Our state needs to clean out the ongoing, Moreland commission free, Senate and legislative members who are off the NYS Constitutional rails, with new like minded corrupt free citizens running in primaries who care not about themselves but the state and people they represent. It will take a brave few of us to use the pulpit of our office to build teams dedicated to honesty and transparency, to take back republican control from the criminals that should be prosecuted for their crimes against the tax-payers of this state.
Flipping the Assembly and Senate back to control of the Republican majority. to stop the exodus of our young and our elders as well as the jobs we are bleeding so very bad from NY. to reinstall the pride of NY to NY. Of course this means making home ownership and taxes affordable for all of NY
Non-Dictating Communication, no more 3 men in a room but bring back debate and respect to the floor,
Absolutely, one only has to look at the upstate downstate divide to know it is detrimental to bring bipartisanship politics to every level of state government. Educating the needs and differences between Long Island and NYC as compared to Upstate would awaken all legislatures to the fact that upstate is not just where their second homes are, but where we live and where we matter, What differs is not our needs but our population and size, upstate is 550,000 square miles inhabited by over 3 million people, Downstate is about 470 square mile inhabited by over 15 million and as a result our needs are not in their interest as we well know in upstate.
Dividing an area into new political or school districts can have a great impact on both the community and their representatives. if an area is up for redistricting as a result of a census reporting population loss or gain, then what matters most is the demographic of the population. Districts should share equally in responsibility state mandates on Medicare, social programs such as assisted living, food stamps etc... ...
I will remain a community activist who if asked or approached to be on a committee will weigh whether or not the request will benefit NYS and its citizens. My work as an activist is important to me and is why I want to be part of the team in Albany making changes that will improve the lives of New Yorkers in my own community and across the state as well as our degraded national reputation.
Weighs & Means
Oversight is desperately needed as todays Government in Albany is not following the NYS-Constitution and is stealing from the tax payers on both sides of the isle.
I want to legislate from my own heart which is the best model to staying honest and transparent.
I was attending a property tax hearing and listening to a elderly woman who just had her hearing. She was in tears! I asked her what had happen to upset her so much and she replied " They raised my taxes so high i cant afford to stay in my home, I told them that my Husband and I built the house where we lived for 55 years and that my husband had passed away two years prior, i asked them just to return the taxes to what they were and the guy behind the desk looked up at me and said "if you cant afford it sell it or well take it" can you imagine that she said, 55 years we lived there and now I lost my husband and maybe my home". I was disgusted for her.
