Victor G. Lathrop
Victor G. Lathrop was an associate juvenile court judge of the Second District of Iowa. He was appointed to this position in 1985. He was retained on November 2, 2010, though he no longer serves on the court.[1][2]
Education
Lathrop received his bachelor's degree from Illinois State University in 1972 and his law degree from Drake University in 1975, after joining the Iowa Air National Guard.[1]
Career
Lathrop has worked as the executive director of the Story County legal aid society and was a private practice lawyer from 1977 to 1985.[1]
2010 election
Lathrop was retained on November 2, 2010 with 66.88% of the vote.[2][3]
