Victor H. De Yurre was a candidate for a seat on the Eleventh Circuit Court of Florida in 2012.[1]

2012 election

De Yurre ran for election on Aug. 14, 2012, but was defeated by Teresa Mary Pooler after receiving 43.6% of the vote.[2][3]

Education

De Yurre received his B.B.A. degree (Accounting) from the University of Miami and his J.D. degree from St. Mary's University School of Law. He also received his Master of Laws in Taxation from the University of Miami School of Law.[4]

Career

De Yurre began his career as a Traffic Court Hearing Officer in Florida. After a year and a half, he started his own firm, the Law Offices of Victor H. De Yurre, around 1977.[4]
