Heutsche ran for election to the Mercer County Court of Common Pleas.
Primary: He received 39.7 percent of the vote in the Democratic primary on May 21, 2013. He also cross-filed as a Republican, but lost that primary with 11.0% of the vote.
General: He was defeated by Daniel P. Wallace in the general election on November 5, 2013, after receiving 37.6 percent of the vote.
Education
Heutsche received his undergraduate degree from the Edinboro University of Pennsylvania and his J.D. from the University of Akron School of Law in 1991.[5][6]
