Victoria del Pino is a judge of the Florida 11th Circuit Court. She assumed office in 2016. Her current term ends on January 7, 2031.

Del Pino won re-election for judge of the Florida 11th Circuit Court outright in the general election on November 5, 2024, after the primary and general election were canceled.

Del Pino was appointed by Gov. Rick Scott (R) on December 15, 2016, to fill the vacancy created by the retirement of Judge Stanford Blake.[1]

del Pino earned an undergraduate degree in broadcast journalist from Florida International University and a J.D. from St. Thomas University School of Law. Her professional experience includes work as a traffic hearing officer for Miami-Dade County and a family law attorney.[2]
