Viengkeo Kay Bounkeua (Democratic Party) was a member of the New Mexico House of Representatives, representing District 19. She assumed office on August 24, 2021. She left office on December 31, 2022.

Biography

Viengkeo Kay Bounkeua earned a B.S. in biological anthropology from the University of New Mexico and a master's degree in public health from the University of Michigan.[1] Bounkeua's career experience includes working as the New Mexico deputy director of The Wilderness Society and the director of the New Mexico Asian Family Center.[2]
