Village of Amesville Expenses Tax Levy (November 2012)
A Village of Amesville expenses tax levy was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Athens County, Ohio.[1]
If approved this measure will replace a tax levy for 2 mills for current expenses for 5 years. If enacted this levy will commence in 2012 to be first due in 2013.

Language on the ballot:
| “ | A replacement of a tax for the benefit of the Village of Amesville for the purpose of current expenses at a rate not exceeding 2 mills for each one dollar of
valuation, which amounts to $0.20 for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for 5 years, commencing in 2012, first due in calendar year 2013.[2][3] |
” |
