A Village of Jacksonville expenses tax levy was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Athens County, Ohio.[1]
If approved this measure will add a tax levy for 5.3 mills for current expenses for 5 years. If enacted this levy will commence in 2012 to be first due in 2013.

| “ | An additional tax for the benefit of the Village of Jacksonville for the purpose of current expenses at a rate not exceeding 5.3 mills for each one dollar of
valuation, which amounts to $0.53 for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for 5 years, commencing in 2012, first due in calendar year 2013.[2][3] |
