A Village of Spencerville tax levy was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Allen County, Ohio.[1]

If approved this measure will renew a tax levy for current operating expenses for 5 years. If enacted this measure will commence in 2012 to be first due in 2013.

Text of the Measure

Language on the ballot:

A renewal of a tax for the benefit of the Village of Spencerville for the purpose of CURRENT OPERATING EXPENSES at a rate not exceeding 1.45 mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to $0.145 for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for 5 years, commencing in 2012, first due in calendar year 2013.[1][2]
