A vote about whether to recall Marsha Jensen and Gene Cooper from their positions as trustees of the Village of Luck took place on December 22, 2009. Voters retained both Jensen and Cooper.[1]
Recall supporters objected to a vote for the construction of a new library and museum in the village. The village was expected to work with a professional fundraiser in order to collect the appropriate funds. A $68,000 loan was also needed.[2]
