I am an #AmericanFirst minded individual running for the 2nd US Congressional seat in Alabama. I grew up in Troy and from there attended Auburn University majoring in Public Administration. I now live in Dothan with my wife and daughter and my parents. I believe it takes a village to raise a child and in respecting our elders as paramount tenets to live by. I'm proud to call the Peanut Capital my home and the Wiregrass as my district. We are a vibrant economy. I have business ties all across the district as I'm a 2nd generation Hotel operator and licensee and an Associate Real Estate Broker. This allows me to keep a pulse on what matters most as I am very involved with all of my businesses and my community as I sit on many Boards and leadership positions. Leadership positions within my church, Dothan Tuesday Rotary Club, and Choice Hotels Owner's Council. My grandfather, a farmer, said that we should give back to our community what we get from it. I am running for the Congressional seat to do just that. I believe the Wiregrass and my district have great values to take to DC. As an immigrant's son, I know what the American Dream looks like and I want to contribute to restoring that vision.
  • Education Reform - Reform that involves the curriculum, the infrastructures, and how the personnel is treated. While this may be outside the scope of a Congressional seat, it's going to require all hands on deck after 3 decades of mismanagement. I speak on 3 decades from my own experience(I am 37) and we will quickly and efficiently assess and craft a plan to this endeavor. It will take the whole village. We must generate new pathways in a new world for our children to succeed and that must be a priority.
  • Pro Business - Small businesses account for 48 percent of all American jobs and contribute 43.5 percent of US GDP. Legislation craft must always have small businesses in mind. First, do no harm. I operate a small business and will always have that as a guiding vision.
  • Pro 2nd Amendment, Pro 1st Amendment - #AmericanFirst means American First. These two Amendments speak to the very essence of our notion of freedom and we must safeguard them from politics.
