Vince M. Rozier (Democratic Party) is a judge for Judicial District 10B of the North Carolina 3rd Superior Court Division. His current term ends on December 31, 2026.

Biography
Education
Rozier received his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1998 and his J.D. from the North Carolina Central University School of Law in 2001.[1] He was the 1994 valedictorian of Tar Heel High School.[2]

Rozier ran for election to the 10th Judicial District. He was defeated by Michael J. Denning in the general election, receiving 43.57 percent of the vote.[7] Though judges in the state do not run with party affiliation, Rozier was endorsed by the North Carolina Democratic Party.
2006
Rozier was elected to the 10th Judicial District in November 2006. He defeated Aida Doss Havel, winning 60 percent of the vote.[8]
