Chiu was appointed to the Florida 9th Circuit Court by Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) on September 25, 2019.[1]

Education

Chiu holds a bachelor’s degree from Cedarville University and a J.D. from the Ohio State University Moritz College of Law.[1]

Career

At the time of his appointment to the Florida 9th Circuit Court, Chiu had served as an Assistant United States Attorney for the Middle District of Florida since 2008.[1]
