Biography
Ginn received his undergraduate degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. He earned his J.D. from Creighton University.[1] Ginn is an attorney in private practice. He has previously worked as Deputy City Attorney for the City of Las Vegas Attorney's Office Criminal Division; he has also worked as a law clerk for the U.S. Attorney's Office.[1]
