Vincent Leibell (1883-1968) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.

He was nominated by President Franklin Delano Roosevelt on June 8, 1936 to replace Francis Asbury Winslow. He was confirmed by the Senate on June 16th, and received commission on June 20th. Leibell was succeeded in this position by Alexander Bicks. On January 1, 1954, he assumed senior status and continued to serve in this capacity until his death on September 22, 1968.[1]
