Biography
Vincent Tsai was born in Los Angeles, California. He earned an associate degree from Mt. San Antonio College in 2008 and a bachelor's degree from the California State University San Bernardino in 2011. His career experience includes working as a peace officer.[1]

Now is the time for change. This state desperately needs regular people to be in office, instead of professional politicians.
The problems this state and country are facing presently is due to a lack of mental and idealogical flexibility. Both sides think they have the only right answer and the bickering that goes on doesn't lead to any solutions.
