Biography
Bacon was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He earned a B.S. in biology from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee and graduate degrees in city planning and transportation engineering from the University of California, Berkeley. His professional experience includes working as an environmental engineer and as a technical support manager at several companies.[1]
