A Violet Township Senior Services Tax Levy Replacement question was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Fairfield County, which is in Ohio, where it was approved.

This question authorized the township of Violet to impose a replacement property tax levy of 0.2 mills ($0.2 per $1,000 of assessed valuation) for 5 years in order to fund senior services.[1]
