Virgin Islands Commission on Judicial Conduct

The Virgin Islands Commission on Judicial Conduct is a judicial disciplinary agency in United States Virgin Islands.[1]

Note: State judicial disciplinary agencies do not have appellate jurisdiction or authority over federal court judges and justices.

Organization

The commission is made up of nine members: three judicial members, three attorneys, and three members of the public. All members serve four-year terms and until their successors are appointed.[1]
