Education
Norton received her undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia and her J.D. from the University of Florida.[2][3]
Career
Norton began her career working for the Jacksonville law firm of Moseley, Warren, Prichard, and Parrish. She then worked as assistant general counsel for the City of Jacksonville from 1999 until her election to the circuit court in 2008. She has also worked as a private practice lawyer and a Jacksonville special master.[2][3]
