Vito M. DeStefano is a justice of the Nassau County Supreme Court in the 10th Judicial District of New York. He was elected to this position in 2008.[1][2]
Education
DeStefano received his J.D. degree from the Brooklyn School of Law.[2]
Career
DeStefano worked as a senior associate of the law firm of Wilson, Elser, Moskowitz, Edelman and Dicker and as a senior Appellate Court attorney before becoming a judge. He was elected to the Nassau County District Court in 2004 and to the Supreme Court in 2008.[2]
