Vivian L. Medinilla
Vivian L. Medinilla was a judge of the New Castle County Superior Court. She left office on February 5, 2025.

Education
Medinilla attended the University of Delaware, where she earned a B.S. in business administration with a minor in international business. She received her J.D. from Widener University School of Law.[1]
Career
Medinilla has worked as secretary of the Department of Services for Children, Youth & Their Families since 2009.[2] From 2004 to 2009, she was president and owner of Rapposelli & Gonzales, Delaware's first law firm comprised entirely of bi-lingual and multi-lingual attorneys. Medinilla has also been an associate at Young Conaway Stargatt & Taylor LLP and a supervising attorney at Delaware Volunteer Legal Services.[1]
