Vivian Scretchen
Vivian Scretchen was a Democratic candidate for District 19 of the Maryland House of Delegates. The primary election was on September 14, 2010, and the general election was on November 2.[1]
Elections
Arora ran against Sam Arora (D), Bonnie Cullison (D), Hoan Dang (D), Jay Hutchins (D), and an incumbent Benjamin Kramer (D) in the September 14 primary. Scretchen was defeated by incumbent Benjamin Kramer, Sam Arora and Bonnie Cullison in the Democratic primary.[2]
