Vong Mouanoutoua
Vong Mouanoutoua was a 2012 Republican candidate for District 23 of the California State Assembly.
Mouanoutoua graduated from San Joaquin College of Law in 2002. He has worked as an administrative manager for Reading and Beyond, Inc. Mouanoutoua has also been employed as an instructor at California State University, Fresno.
