W. A. Kitchen is a circuit court judge for the 2nd Circuit Court, which presides over McCracken County, Kentucky.[1] He was appointed by Gov. Matt Bevin (R) on August 16, 2017, to fill the vacancy left by the retirement of Craig Z. Clymer.[2]

Kitchen previously served as a district court judge for the 2nd District Court. He was re-elected without opposition in 2010 and 2014. Kitchen served until his appointment to the circuit court.[3][4][5]
