W. David Herbert was a 2014 candidate for the Montana Supreme Court.[1]

Herbert ran for election to the Montana Supreme Court.
Primary: He was successful in the primary on June 3rd, 2014, receiving 23.5 percent of the vote. He competed against James Rice.
General: He was defeated in the general election on November 4, 2014, after receiving 21.6 percent of the vote. He competed against James Rice.

Education
Herbert received his bachelor's degree from California State University Chico. He has a J.D. from the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law, and a doctor of podiatric medicine from Kent State University.[3]
Career
Herbert is an attorney in private practice. He is also a licensed podiatrist in Wyoming.[3]
