W. David Herbert was a 2014 candidate for the Montana Supreme Court.[1]

Herbert ran for election to the Montana Supreme Court.
Primary: He was successful in the primary on June 3rd, 2014, receiving 23.5 percent of the vote. He competed against James Rice.
General: He was defeated in the general election on November 4, 2014, after receiving 21.6 percent of the vote. He competed against James Rice. [2][1] 

Education

Herbert received his bachelor's degree from California State University Chico. He has a J.D. from the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law, and a doctor of podiatric medicine from Kent State University.[3]

Career

Herbert is an attorney in private practice. He is also a licensed podiatrist in Wyoming.[3]
