W. Douglas Collins is a judge for the Hamblen County General Sessions Court in Tennessee. He was first appointed to serve as an interim judge from June 1, to August 31, 2012. He was elected on August 2, 2012.[1] He was re-elected in 2014 for a term that expires August 31, 2022.[2]
