W. Duncan Whitney was a judge on the Delaware County Court of Common Pleas, serving Delaware County, Ohio, Ohio. He first joined the court in 2003 and was re-elected in November 2008 for a six-year term. He retired when his term expired on February 8, 2015.[1][2][3]
Education
Whitney received his undergraduate degree in political science from Denison University in 1964 and his J.D. from the University of Virginia, Law School in 1967.[1]
