W. Eric Kuhn
W. Eric Kuhn is a judge of the Colorado Court of Appeals. He assumed office on July 7, 2021. His current term ends on January 10, 2033.
Kuhn ran for re-election for judge of the Colorado Court of Appeals. He won in the retention election on November 5, 2024.
Gov. Jared Polis (D) appointed Kuhn to the Colorado Court of Appeals on June 3, 2021.[1]
Biography
Education
Kuhn earned a bachelor's degree from Colorado College in 1995 and a J.D. from the University of Denver - Sturm College of Law in 2006.[2]
Career
Before joining the court, Kuhn served as senior assistant attorney general of the Colorado Attorney General's Office from 2010 to 2021. He was also the owner of The Muse Group, LLC (2001-2012), an associate attorney with the Law Offices of Bradley J. Frigon (2004-2010), and a manager of ICG Communications (1998-2000).[2]
