W. H. Winchester III is a former associate judge for the 33rd Circuit Court in Scott County, Missouri.[1] He was re-elected to a four-year term in 2014.[2] Winchester served until his retirement in October 2016 due to a state constitutional requirement for mandatory retirement for judges at age 70.[3]
