W. James O'Neill
W. James O'Neill was the first justice for the Barnstable District Court in Barnstable County, Massachusetts.[1][2] O'Neill passed away on September 6, 2015.[3]
Education
O'Neill received a bachelor's degree in history from Notre Dame University and a J.D. from Boston College.[3]
Military service
O'Neill served in the U.S. Army as a medic in Vietnam.[3]
Career
Prior to becoming a judge, O'Neill worked as a prosecutor.[3]
