W. Lee Fowler is a judge for the Fifth Judicial District in Kansas. He was most recently retained in 2014 for a term that expired on January 13, 2019.[1]

Fowler was retained to District 5 with 78.5 percent of the vote on November 4, 2014. [1]

Fowler was retained to the district court with 76.8% of the vote.[2][3]

Fowler received his bachelor's degree from Emporia State University, and his J.D. from the Washburn University School of Law.[4][5]

Career

Prior to his elevation to the bench, Fowler worked in private practice for sixteen years. He has also previously served as a county and city attorney in Kansas.[5]
