W. Russell Duke Jr.
W. Russell Duke Jr. was the Senior Resident Superior Court Judge for the 3A Judicial District of the First Division of the Superior Court, serving Pitt County in North Carolina. He joined the court in 1993 and he resigned from the court in the beginning of 2016.[1][2]
Biography
Duke received his undergraduate degree in history from Wake Forest University and his J.D. from the Wake Forest University School of Law.[1]
