W. Timothy Barry was a 2017 candidate for a seat on the Pennsylvania Superior Court.[1] He was defeated in the primary election on May 16, 2017.

Education

Barry received his undergraduate degree from the University of Pittsburgh in 1975 and his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1979.[2]

Career

Barry has represented more than 45 municipalities as municipal solicitor.[2] He was a solo practitioner from 2001 to 2008 and has worked in numerous law firms.[3]

He also served as law clerk to Judge John Hester on the Pennsylvania Superior Court.[3]
