Wade E. Waldrip
Wade E. Waldrip was a judge of the Second District Court of Carbon County, Wyoming. He was appointed by Gov. Dave Freudenthal (D) in March 2004 to replace Kenneth E. Stebner and retained in 2006 and 2012.[1][2][3] Waldrip retired from the court on July 7, 2017.[4]
Biography
Waldrip received his B.A. degree from the University of Wyoming in 1974 and his J.D. degree from the University of Wyoming School of Law in 1979.[1][5]
Waldrip briefly practiced with Bart Voigt in 1981 before joining the law firm of Williams, Kelly & Waldrip in 1982. He worked there until 2000. During that time, he also worked as a deputy county attorney, public defender, and town attorney. In February of 2000, he became a circuit court judge of the 2nd Judicial District. He was promoted to district court judge in 2004.[5]
