Walden Shelton
Walden Shelton (Republican Party) was a judge for Number 9 of the Bexar County Court of Law in Texas. He left office in 2018.
Shelton (Republican Party) ran for election for judge of the Texas 187th District Court. He lost in the general election on November 8, 2022.
Biography
Walden Shelton received his undergraduate degree from The University of Texas at San Antonio in 1985, his M.S.M. degree from The American College in 1993, and his J.D. from Texas Wesleyan University in 1998.[1]

Qualifications
To serve on a county court, a judge must:[6]
- be at least 25 years old;
- be a resident of his or her respective county for at least two years; and
- have practiced law or served as a judge for at least four years preceding the election.
