Walter Meheula Heen (1928-present) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the District of Hawaii.

Heen received a recess appointment from President Jimmy Carter on January 1, 1981, to a seat vacated by Dick Wong; he was nominated on January 8, 1981. His nomination was not confirmed by the Senate. Heen was succeeded in this position by Harold Fong.
